1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✅ Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
✅ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
✅ Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect as per the order.
✅ Products bought on sale or special discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Used, washed, or altered products.
❌ Products without original packaging or tags.
❌ Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance.

3. Return & Exchange Process

2️⃣ Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return.
3️⃣ Approval: If eligible, we will provide return instructions.
4️⃣ Return the Product: Ship the item to our address using a reliable courier service.
5️⃣ Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund (if applicable).

4. Return Shipping Costs

🚚 If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item, Febstyle will cover the return shipping costs.
🚚 If the return is for personal preference (size/color change), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refund Policy

✅ Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
✅ Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit or exchange only.

6. Exchange Policy

✅ If you want to exchange for a different size or color, contact us within 3 days.
✅ Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, we may offer an alternative or store credit.
